Pinehurst Building Services LLC, doing business as Pinehurst Apartment Services (“Pinehurst,” “we”), provides cleaning services to apartment communities in the Twin Cities. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us when you request a quote, contact us, or apply for a job, including through our hiring sign-up form. This can include your name, mobile phone number, email address, city and ZIP code, availability and job preferences.

How we use it

• To respond to you and provide our services.
• To review job applicants and contact them about openings, interviews, job offers and their application.
• If we hire you, to set up your first days of work and training.
• To run our business, including keeping records and meeting legal requirements.

Text messages

If you check the text message box on our sign-up form, we will text you about job openings and your application, and, if you are hired, about your onboarding schedule. Message frequency varies, usually about 2 check-ins a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our text messaging, scheduling, payroll and cloud software providers, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep job applicant information for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. Information about people we hire becomes part of their employment records.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing ben@pinehurstas.com. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
