SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages from Pinehurst Building Services LLC, doing business as Pinehurst Apartment Services, sent from our hiring line, (833) 359-8133.

Program

Pinehurst Apartment Services Hiring texts. We text people who sign up for our hiring list about job openings, interviews, their application and job offers. If we hire you, we also text you your onboarding schedule, such as your first day and training times. Pinehurst supervisors also receive onboarding reminders from this number.

How you join

You join by checking the text message box on our hiring sign-up form (in English or Spanish). Consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment, and you can apply without it.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. While you are on our hiring list we usually send about 2 check-in texts a month. You may get more when you are scheduling an interview, receiving a job offer or starting work.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts. We will send one text confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then no more. To join again, reply START. Spanish speakers can also reply ALTO.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our Privacy Policy, at pinehurstas.com/privacy-policy, explains what we collect and how we use it.
